What are your products made from?
We use two different materials to make our products. The first is a special mix of concrete and pigments. The second is a material made up of a mineral powder and a water based non-toxic acrylic resin. This material is lightweight, fire resistant, solvent free and has no VOC's.
Are your products dishwasher/microwave/oven friendly?
All of our products are NOT dishwasher, microwave and oven friendly.
Are your products food safe?
Although the materials used in creating your items are non-toxic, solvent free and have no VOC's, they have not been tested to confirm food safety and standards yet.
How do I care for my items?
Each item is sealed with a solvent free and non-toxic sealer making them water repellent not waterproof. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth and light detergent. It is advised to wipe up strong contaminants such as coffee, tea or wine as soon as possible.

Will my product look exactly like in the picture?
All of our products are handmade and due to the nature of the materials used, your items will look similar to the picture but not identical. No two items will ever look the same but this is what makes each item truly unique!
Please expect some imperfections in your products such as slight variations in colour, unevenness, air bubbles, minor scratches and bumps. As we try our best to best limit these imperfections as much as possible, these characteristics are unavoidable during the handmaking process and are not considered defects unless they affect the function of the product.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days however this may be slightly longer in peak times. If there are any delays then you will be notified asap.

Please expect some delays with certain locations during the current COVID-19 situation. Standard shipping times are 5-7 business days depending on your location.
I am local to Canberra, can I pick up my order instead of paying for postage?
Yes, local pickup is available from Palmerston, ACT with no postage charge. Please enter 'LOCALPICKUP' in the discount section at checkout. Once your order has been completed, we will notify you via email. Please respond with a suitable time to collect your order.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the event that any of your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours after receiving the damaged order. Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Pictures of the damaged products
- Picture of the shipping box
- Picture of the shipping label on the box
We ask you not to return any orders until you received a response from us. We’ll make sure to try our best to resolve this issue together.
