Shipping & Returns

    Please be aware that due to the current Covid-19 situation, Australia Post are experiencing delays that are out of our control.


    All our products are made to order and will take 3-7 business days before being dispatched, this may be slightly longer in peak times.

    All of our products are handmade at our studio in Canberra, ACT and will be dispatched from there.

    We currently only ship within Australia.

    Standard shipping (3-7 business days) is FREE for orders over $80
    Otherwise it's a flat rate of $9.95

    Express shipping (1-3 business days) flat rate of $15

    Local Pickup is available from Palmerston, ACT with no postage charge. Please enter 'LOCALPICKUP' in the discount section at checkout. Once your order has been completed, we will notify you via email. Please respond with a suitable time to collect your order.


    Please keep in mind when ordering that every item is handmade and at most times made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days from time of order for creating your pieces to it being shipped. If you need your item by a specific date please email us.

    We do not take any responsibility for lost and/or stolen parcels once they leave our studio, this includes authority to leave. However we will happily assist in the investigation with the courier company.

    Shipping time frames are an estimate only provided by our courier and this unfortunately is out of our control. Normally you should expect your parcel within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

    For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.


      Due to all of our items being handmade, we currently do not offer a refund or return on 'change of mind' purchases and sale items. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

      In the event that any of your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours after receiving the damaged order. Include the following information in your email:

        • Order number
          • Pictures of the damaged products
          • Picture of the shipping box
          • Picture of the shipping label on the box

        We ask you not to return any orders until you received a response from us. We’ll make sure to try our best to resolve this issue together.
